Project Manger
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in project-related
systems management, on-premise server deployment and maintenance, infrastructure
support, on-premise to cloud server migrations, support management, and expertise in the
configuration and deployment of LDAP, Active Directory (AD), Office 365 etc. The ideal
candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure technologies and
possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on client engagement in
the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) geography.
Responsibilities
Project Systems Management:
• Lead and participate in project teams to design, implement, and manage infrastructure
solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of
infrastructure projects.
On-Premise Server Deployment and Maintenance:
• Design, deploy, and maintain on-premise server infrastructure to meet organizational
requirements.
• Implement and enforce security best practices for on-premise server environments.
Infrastructure Support:
• Provide tier 3 support for infrastructure-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving
incidents in a timely manner.
• Proactively monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to ensure high
availability.
On-Premise to Cloud Server Migrations:
• Plan and execute migrations from on-premise servers to cloud-based solutions.
• Ensure a seamless transition with minimal impact on business operations.
Support Management:
• Develop and implement support processes to enhance the efficiency of issue
resolution.
• Collaborate with support teams to provide training and knowledge transfer.
LDAP and Active Directory Configuration and Deployment:
• Configure and deploy LDAP and Active Directory services to support organizational
authentication and authorization needs.
• Ensure the security and integrity of directory services.
Client Engagement in GCC Geography:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the GCC region, understanding their
business requirements and providing tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and
problem resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in on-premise server deployment, maintenance, and support.
• Experience in managing on-premise to cloud server migrations.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory configuration and deployment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Client-facing experience in the GCC geography.
• Certifications such as MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a plus.
