Jr. Inbound Sales Exec
As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue and driving sales for our company. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with 1 Year experience in sales. You will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, proposal building, engaging with potential customers, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle Inbound Inquiries: Receive and respond to incoming sales inquiries from various sources, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat, in a timely and professional manner.
2. Build Rapport: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, build rapport, and establish a relationship of trust.
3. Service Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
4. Present Solutions: Present Service information, pricing, and offers to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and value they will receive.
5. Close Sales: Apply persuasive techniques to overcome objections and secure sales, converting potential customers into paying customers.
6. Maintain CRM Records: Document all relevant information and customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
7. Collaborate with Team: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
8. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
Requirements
1. 1 year inbound sales experience required;
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers, present information, and close sales.
3. Active Listening: Ability to actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
