AEM Architect
Job Overview:
An accomplished AEM Architect with 8 years of hands-on experience, specializing in the design and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager solutions. This role involves leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and innovative digital experiences. The AEM Architect will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of AEM projects, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
-Architectural Design: Develop and implement robust AEM architecture solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security best practices.
-Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration to achieve project goals.
-Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective AEM solutions.
-Integration and Customization: Oversee the integration of AEM with other systems and third-party applications, as well as customization to meet specific business needs.
-Performance Optimization: Implement strategies for optimizing AEM platform performance, including caching mechanisms, content delivery networks, and code optimization.
-Strategic Planning: Provide expertise in defining technical roadmaps, staying abreast of industry trends, and recommending AEM enhancements to align with business strategies.
-Quality Assurance: Ensure the adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement testing processes to guarantee the quality and stability of AEM implementations.
-Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for AEM solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and supportability.
-Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders, to achieve cohesive and user-centric digital experiences.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an AEM Architect with a minimum of 8 years in designing and implementing Adobe Experience Manager solutions.
2. In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, including templates, components, workflows, and DAM.
3. Strong expertise in Java, OSGi, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
4. Experience with AEM version upgrades and migrations.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
6. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
7. Certifications in Adobe Experience Manager or related technologies are a plus.
8. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business and technology roadmap.
